Plugging directly into compatible Growatt inverters, it enables seamless WiFi connectivity for easy access to system data through the ShinePhone App or online portal. We do not recommend or support using the Shine Phone App; instead, always log into your Shine account through a web browser, even on your phone using Safari, Chrome, or another browser. Keep in mind that your WiFi stick only receives a signal and does not emit one, so if you experience issues, it may be due to router range or a weak internet connection. In cases where the router isn’t strong enough, you may need to contact an IT professional, as Signature Solar does not provide network troubleshooting. Additionally, if you have multiple inverters, each one will require its own Shine WiFi stick.
